About the Platform

Our informational service is a free, online service and mobile app that conveniently connects individuals to the care farm programs they need. It will include the following Five Portals of Interaction:

1. Map & Search: Directory of global care farm programs with an interactive map and filtered search for easy registration.

2. Registration / Sign-up: Streamlined process for individuals to connect with care farms and initiate their journey toward mental health and well-being. 

3. Heart Shop: Marketplace for sustainably-made products either made by or that support the care farms featured on the finder.

4. Social Media / Forum: Digital space for community interaction, content sharing, and program updates and discussion boards focused on mental health, sustainable living, and community building.

5. Job Board: Career portal for mentorship, networking, and opportunities in sustainability and well-being.

The platform is free and accessible via web and mobile, designed to foster a global network committed to mental health and sustainability. It's a one-stop-shop at the intersection of mental health, community care, and sustainable-living.
