After losing multiple friends to suicide and self-destructive mental health failure and struggling with mental ill-health for many years, Taz discovered balance, peace, growth, and purpose via life-changing therapeutic experiences based in loving community, sustainable living, and meditative health practices that developed her feeling of connection, love, acceptance, and awareness of self, social connections, and nature. 

Thanks to these experiences she is determined to make these tools and spaces for healing more easily found and accessible.  Her goal is to help as many individuals as possible to find a sense of purpose and connection to themselves, their communities, and their natural world, so that we may discover together how to build a brighter future for all, humans and ecology. 

With a BA in Psychology from Colorado College (2015), a certification in Data Science (NYCDSA, 2021), and many years working in schools, political campaigns, sustainability education projects, tech dev and more, Taz strives to maintain a grounded, big-picture perspective regarding the intersection of society, culture, industry, ecology, business, and technology.

My passion has always been to nurture the land and help people, and my professional roles allow me to explore these passions from different perspectives.
